Your objective is to convert large volumes of data into executive dashboards and sustainable improvements that enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure profitability. \-\- Job Profile \*\*Academic Background:\*\* \* Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related fields. \*\*Experience:\*\* \* \*\*More than 2 years\*\* of experience in data analysis and/or continuous improvement project management. \*\*Technical Proficiency (Mandatory):\*\* \* \*\*Advanced Excel:\*\* Complex formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced pivot tables. \* \*\*Power BI Pro:\*\* Data modeling, DAX language, and design of high-impact visual dashboards. \* \*\*SQL:\*\* Intermediate/Intermediate-advanced knowledge (preferred). \*\*Key Competencies:\*\* \* \*\*Analytical Thinking:\*\* Ability to translate data into decisions with real impact. \* \*\*Executive Communication:\*\* Translate technical findings into concrete actions for senior leadership. \* \*\*Proactivity and Energy:\*\* Team-oriented mindset, solution-focused approach, and flawless execution. \-\-\- Key Responsibilities 1\. \*\*Data Exploitation:\*\* Analyze operational and commercial data volumes to identify trends and deviations. 2\. \*\*KPI Management:\*\* Define, calculate, and monitor key performance indicators precisely. 3\. \*\*Strategic Visualization:\*\* Design and optimize executive dashboards in Power BI. 4\. \*\*Modeling:\*\* Build and standardize models in Excel and information structures. 5\. \*\*Continuous Improvement:\*\* Generate \*actionable insights\* that optimize report usability and operational efficiency. \-\-\- What We Offer \* \*\*Gross Monthly Salary:\*\* $15,000.00 MXN. \* \*\*Employment Type:\*\* Permanent (job stability). \* \*\*Work Schedule:\*\* Full-time.
