Description A leading company in the Fintech sector is seeking a Developer Analyst responsible for designing, enhancing, and aligning new technological services, ensuring that proposed solutions meet customer requirements and align with organizational operational processes and IT infrastructure. Requirements **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in roles related to technological service design or architecture. **English:** Technical. **Required Knowledge:** **Programming Languages:** Java, C\+\+, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Shell (at least one of these). **Databases:** Oracle, SQL Server, DB2\. **IT Management:** ITIL or CMMI. **Information Security:** PCI, ISO 27001\. **Methodologies:** UML, Scrum, SOA. **Web Technologies:** J2EE, Web Servers, Application Servers, Portals. Architectural and design patterns. Experience in developing technical proposals (architecture). Key Responsibilities Design and propose new services and technological modifications according to internal and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs) and technical standards. Determine and optimize allocation of IT and human resources based on project needs. Advise internal and external users on the operation and design of IT services. Collaborate with architecture, QA, operations, and systems teams for effective implementation of solutions.
