Bakery Manager with Focus on Talent Development and Quality We are looking for a Bakery Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (leading production teams). This position is designed for a master baker with strong orientation toward technical development, training, and team growth. We seek a technically proficient, approachable individual with experience in positive leadership — someone who enjoys sharing their craft, identifying bakers’ strengths, and helping them refine their techniques. Although expert mastery of dough and oven operations is essential, the primary focus of this role will be standardizing quality through continuous operational staff training. In this role, you will be responsible for: Technical Training: Design and deliver training programs in Mexican baking, artisanal European baking, and pastry for your team. Standardization: Ensure every item meets high-quality standards by teaching correct techniques. Technology Management: Operate and train the team on Rational ovens and high-end equipment. Coaching: Guide team members in improving manual skills, production timing, and waste management. Performance Evaluation: Identify technical development opportunities within the team and follow up on internal career plans. Operational Leadership: Coordinate high-volume production while fostering a culture of respect, cleanliness, and learning. Quality Management: Ensure staff growth translates into exceptional products for our customers. We require: \- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Bakery Manager (supervising at least 4 people). \- Expert knowledge of Mexican and European baking. \- Solid knowledge of pastry. \- Proven experience operating and programming Rational ovens (mandatory). \- Ability to teach and convey knowledge empathetically and clearly. \- Leadership oriented toward people development, not just task instruction. \- Focus on high quality and attention to detail in high-volume production.
