**CIVIL WORKS RESIDENT (CDMX)** **Company:** IOGA Environmental **Location:** Gustavo A. Madero, CDMX **Work Model:** Full-time (On-site / Field) **Salary:** $16,000\.00 MXN per month (tax-free) \+ Statutory Benefits **Required Profile (Mandatory)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (**Graduated with Professional License**). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of field experience as a Civil Works Resident. * **Software:** AutoCAD, Excel (intermediate level), and Opus or Neodata. * **Specialization:** Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: civil works, water/sewer networks, urban spaces, housing, or hospitals. **Key Responsibilities** * **Field Supervision:** Ensure technical execution and compliance with specifications. * **Administrative Control:** Preparation of work generators, estimates, volume control, and quantification. * **Technical Management:** Interpretation of multi-disciplinary drawings (civil, electrical, mechanical) and physical/topographic surveys. * **Coordination:** Monitoring progress and direct management with contractors. **Key Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * On-site problem-solving ability. * Capacity to work consistently in field conditions. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00. * Saturdays: 09:00–14:00. **Application Instruction:** Only candidates who strictly meet both the graduation requirement and the minimum 2 years of field experience will be considered.
