Positive work environment **Unit Cost Analyst** Guadalupe Neighborhood Vertika Arquitectura At Vertika Arquitectura, we are seeking a Unit Cost Analyst with proven experience, an analytical mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Requirements:** \- Civil Engineering degree or Architecture degree (certified) \- Minimum 3 years’ experience in unit costs **(mandatory)** \- Proficiency in Opus **(mandatory)** \- Experience in budget preparation and analysis \- Knowledge of unit prices, generators, construction volumes, and item catalogs \- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
