Remote work modality, with our offices open in Palermo Soho. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct system analysis, requirements elicitation, and interpretation of information systems * Analyze client businesses and processes to understand and identify their information needs; based on these, define software requirements and functionalities to address those needs, and design and document such functional requirements in detail * Validate requirement fulfillment in developed software against elicitation documentation * Understand, establish, and formalize client requirements * Define test cases to verify requirement compliance in deliverables * Ensure alignment of deliverables with client expectations and project scope * Identify, to the greatest extent possible, potential omissions in user requests * Generate functional test cases according to project characteristics and team composition **Requirements:** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role, preferably within the IT industry * Experience executing software or information systems projects * Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies * Familiarity with software tools and Microsoft Office suite * Advanced English language proficiency (Desirable)
