We are currently seeking talent for the position: **Technical Product Manager.** **Experience:** * **\+5 years** of experience in the field. * **Advanced English C1\.** * Solid knowledge in the **payments domain**. * Experience working with **Agile/Scrum methodologies**. * Ability to collaborate with **technical and business teams**. * Experience managing **backlogs and defining user stories**. **Responsibilities:** * Translate business, infrastructure, and domain requirements into clear **technical specifications** for development teams. * Define **acceptance criteria**, **technical requirements**, and **delivery timelines** for initiatives. * Provide **initial estimates and effort levels** for features or projects. * Collaborate with business teams to define **specifications and acceptance criteria** for deliverables. * Act as a **bridge between stakeholders, Technical Program Managers (TPM), and development teams**. * Prepare **updates for client and stakeholder communications**. * Create and maintain **internal documentation**, technical and functional specifications. * Develop materials for **internal and external training**. * Generate and maintain technical documentation such as **CIS, CTS, and other artifacts**. * Define **user stories** for development teams. * Work collaboratively with **SMEs, Development Managers, BizOps, and other teams** to define requirements. * Break down prioritized features into **clear, actionable user stories**. * Be responsible for defining **Acceptance Criteria** for user stories. * Manage and **prioritize the product backlog**. * Actively contribute to **Story Grooming** sessions. * Conduct walkthroughs of **features and stories** with the technical team. * Support **story point estimation** (without voting rights). * Participate in Agile ceremonies such as **Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Demos**. **Language:** Advanced conversational English (effective interaction with international teams) **Work Location:** CDMX (hybrid, with 3 days per week in-office) **We Offer:** * Direct hiring. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Dental plan. * Savings fund. * Training and more...
