Job Summary: We are seeking a Group Coordinator to ensure service standards for hotel events by planning, organizing, and addressing complaints to improve service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure service standards for groups and events 2. Customer service and coordination of executive events 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills Join our team as: Group Coordinator: Responsibilities include ensuring service standards for contracted group and event services at the hotel, such as planning, organizing, executing, conducting detailed reviews, handling complaints, and reporting to all departments to enhance service quality. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Gastronomy, or related fields (technicians, interns, or graduates). Experience: Customer service and client interaction experience; knowledge of various setup types; executive-level event coordination experience. Language: Basic English (hotel industry terminology). Personal Qualities: Passion for service and customer care; empathy with guests; strong verbal communication skills; sense of urgency; effective communication across all organizational levels; highly organized.
