Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical professional to transform data into strategic decisions that drive company growth and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of collections reports and measurement of KPIs We seek an analytical individual to help us convert numbers into strategic decisions for company growth and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: * Monitor accounts receivable; review customer portfolios with outstanding balances to identify delinquencies (1\-30, 31\-60, 60\+ days, etc.) and prioritize accounts by risk. * Analyze payment patterns to detect trends. * Prepare collections reports (daily and weekly). * Measure KPIs such as: Recovery rate, unfulfilled promises, management efficiency. Requirements: * Excellent presentation skills (executive level) * Advanced Excel: PivotTables, complex formulas, macros preferred. * Database management experience. * Ability to work under pressure. * Completed bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Systems, or related field. We Offer: * Net monthly salary of $12,000. * Bi-weekly payments. * Working hours from Monday to Sunday, with midweek rest: 8 AM to 6 PM. * Location: La Paz neighborhood.
