**Join our team!** We invite you to become part of our team as a **QUALITY ENGINEER** **EDUCATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD** **JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Interpretation of metallography. * Cutting of parts. * Preparation of PPAP reports. * Chemical analysis of parts. * Evaluation of heat treatments. * Preparation of chemical etchants. * X-ray inspection. * Release of raw materials. * Evaluation of microstructure and hardness. * Equipment calibration tracking. **Knowledge:** * Operation of metallographic microscope. * Operation of ultrasonic equipment. * Use of polishing and grinding machines. * Use of pyrometer. * Use of laboratory glassware for preparing chemical solutions. * Use of bench tools. * Operation of spectrometer. * Use of hardness tester. * Use of X-ray equipment and digital eyepieces. **Requirements:** * Intermediate English. * Flexible availability. * No transportation constraints. * Residence near Benito Juárez Industrial Park. **Skills and Competencies:** * Assertive communication. * High sense of responsibility. * Disciplined. * Proactive. * Results-oriented. * Sense of urgency. * Effective oral and written communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and orderliness. * Frustration tolerance. * Problem-solving. **Work Schedule: Shifts scheduled according to operational needs.** Monday to Saturday, 07:00–03:00 hrs. and 03:00–11:00 hrs.
