




**Join our academic team and contribute to the training of future professionals!** We are seeking a **Law Module Instructor** to deliver in-person classes focused on strengthening fundamental legal knowledge through **active methodologies** and the analysis of **EXANI\-II style exercises**. **Responsibilities** * Plan and deliver in-person sessions aligned with the official syllabus. * Design activities and instructional materials for teaching law. * Promote reflective analysis of legal norms and their social function. * Guide strategic resolution of EXANI\-II style test items. * Evaluate student performance with formative feedback. * Use the institutional platform for academic management. * Participate in training and continuous improvement meetings. * Comply with the institution's academic guidelines. **Skills and Competencies** * Explain legal concepts using clear and contextualized language. * Mastery of logical-normative reasoning and case analysis. * Ethical and humanistic approach to teaching. * Use of active methodologies in the classroom. * Ability to synthesize and clearly convey complex content. * Assertive communication and promotion of critical thinking. * Effective organization and planning. * Proficiency with educational platforms. * Collaborative work with the academic team. **Desirable Knowledge** * Definition, classification, and meanings of law. * Conduct norms: legal, moral, religious, and social. * Sources of law: formal, real, and historical. * Judicial process: stages, actors, and parties. * Branches of law: civil, criminal, commercial, family, labor, and administrative. * Legal assets, personality attributes, and human rights. * Separation of powers and public administration. * Solving EXANI\-II style test items in Law. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related fields. * *Desirable:* Graduate studies in legal education, civic education, or human rights. * **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at upper secondary or higher education level. * Experience in civic and ethical formation, law, or social and legal sciences. * *Desirable:* Experience preparing students for standardized exams. * **Age:** 25 to 45 years. * **Gender:** No preference. **We Offer** * **Fixed schedule:** Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs. * **Modality:** In-person.
