Job Summary: Supervise vehicle locations, detect irregularities, maintain communication with drivers, and generate reports to ensure route safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle monitoring and supervision via GPS 2. Reporting of irregularities and activation of security protocols 3. Collaboration in cases of theft or signal loss * Monitor vehicle locations using GPS tracking platforms. Verify that units follow the designated route. Detect unauthorized route deviations or stops. * Report any irregularities to the supervisor or security department. Review alerts such as speeding, panic button activation, door opening, or GPS disconnection. Activate security protocols when necessary. * Maintain contact with drivers to confirm location, trip status, or incidents. Provide support in case of emergencies or on-route issues. * Generate reports on routes, stop times, mileage, and events. Record incidents observed during monitoring. * In case of theft or signal loss, collaborate with security personnel or authorities by providing the vehicle's location. * Verify that vehicles comply with departure times, arrival times, and delivery schedules. * Identify malfunctions in tracking devices and report them to the technical department.
