Coordinate goods receipt and ensure quality inspections are carried out. Plan and supervise loading and unloading activities. Ensure products are stored appropriately and maintained under optimal conditions. * Staff Management. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities. Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training and development. Foster a safe and positive working environment. * Planning and Organization. Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities to maximize efficiency. Develop and implement procedures and policies to improve warehouse operations. Coordinate with other departments (ADMIN, WHOLESALE, RETAIL) to ensure proper material flow. * Safety and Hygiene Ensure safety practices are followed at all times. Guarantee compliance with all regulations and supervise good safety practices, including proper use of safety equipment. This covers all activities applying good practices for an appropriate working environment. Manage proper disposal of waste and obsolete goods.
