At beMX, we are seeking an Operational Assistant who will serve as the right-hand person to the Operational Coordinator, supporting supervision, control, and follow-up of in-store processes. This role is critical to ensuring all operational areas function efficiently, orderly, and with discipline—upholding the quality standards that distinguish beMX. It is an ideal position for organized individuals with operational-administrative thinking and growth potential within the company. Key Responsibilities * Support the Coordinator in daily operational supervision. * Prepare operational reports (sales, inventory, attendance, incidents). * Follow up with managers and supervisors to ensure task execution. * Verify product displays, planograms, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Manage staff schedules, incidents, leave requests, and attendance records. * Assist with inventory counts, internal audits, and unannounced inspections. * Coordinate activities related to new store openings and seasonal transitions. * Provide regular updates to the Operations Management team regarding situations, improvements, and developments.
