At BOOM FITNESS, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual for the Receptionist/Sales Associate position—the first friendly face our members encounter—and who will also drive the growth of our community through effective sales. Responsibilities: * Greet gym members and visitors warmly and professionally. * Promote and sell memberships, products, and services offered by the gym. * Perform basic administrative tasks: access control, member onboarding and offboarding, and customer follow-up. * Address inquiries and provide clear information regarding schedules, classes, promotions, and regulations. * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area. * Support customer acquisition events or campaigns.
