**Job Profile: Open-Pit Mine Operations Supervisor** **Location:** Tulancingo, Hidalgo **Salary:** $19,200 \- $21,000 monthly **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, continuous growth, and significant salary increases. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in quarry mining, with focus on planning and execution of mining operations. * **Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of Mexican mining cartography. * Mining techniques and physicochemical characteristics of quarry materials. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Earth (experience with other data management and mapping software is a plus). * Advanced Excel skills for database management and data analysis. * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development and implementation of mining plans. * Identification and characterization of quarry material deposits. * Management of personnel and machinery involved in mining operations. * Calculation and determination of areas, volumes, and elevations. * Control of resources such as diesel, spare parts, and supplies for mining operations. * Site visits and deposit exploration. **Required Competencies:** * **Resource Management:** Ability to efficiently control supplies and resources. * **Leadership:** Skill in coordinating and directing work teams. * **Organization:** Experience in planning and executing mining activities. * **Willingness to travel:** Essential for fulfilling exploration and field supervision duties.
