We're looking for ambitious recent graduates in Business Administration. #### **Job Description** At Aviva Financial, we are seeking a Business Development Trainee to join our team. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in sales, customer service, and market development. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop and expand the local market, positioning the Aviva brand in the assigned area. * Ensure commercial tactics are implemented and executed efficiently and consistently. * Manage and operate the kiosk as a key customer experience point (opening and closing). * Build strategic partnerships and lead B2B sales to meet growth objectives. ***PROGRAM*** The Trainee Program lasts 18 months and allows participants to work in 3 areas related to Aviva's commercial growth and development: **1\. Market Development \- 6 months** Work in the field and capture a local region for Aviva. Grow the brand and claim the market! **2\. B2B Sales \- 6 months** Build relationships with potential partners and manage these points as growth multipliers! **3\. Marketing / Operations \- 6 months** Manage day-to-day operations in one of the areas behind Aviva's growth: Customer Service, Branch Openings, or Marketing. .
