Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates the nursing team, ensuring patient care quality, protocol compliance, and resource management in hemodialysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and evaluation of the team's clinical performance. 2. Coordination of the teaching program for interns and trainees. 3. Conducting audits of clinical records and nursing notes. * Professional title and license. * Two or more years of experience in hemodialysis. * Certification in hemodialysis. * Valid CPR certification. * Flexible schedule availability. * Teamwork. * Customer service orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Supervise and evaluate the team's clinical performance to ensure compliance with the Joint Commission International Patient Safety Goals. Supervise and coordinate the teaching program for social service interns and trainees, ensuring adherence to their rotation schedules and clinical learning objectives. Conduct systematic audits of nursing charts and clinical records, ensuring compliance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 and the quality of nursing notes. Coordinate closely with the Shift Supervisor on workload distribution and resource management to ensure continuity and excellence of treatment. Participate in multidisciplinary committees for the development, review, and updating of institutional procedure manuals and protocols. Monitor proper medication administration, supply control, and adherence to healthcare-associated infection prevention protocols. Act as a facilitator between nursing staff and other administrative or medical departments to optimize care processes. Coordinate nursing personnel.
