Their role includes conducting practical tests, evaluating driving skills, and accompanying drivers on routes to ensure they maintain required safety and efficiency levels. Talent Profile: * Automotive Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Diesel Combustion Mechanical Technician, or related field Experience as a Full Operator (field experience verifiable through courses) * Knowledge of SCT regulations, ISX engine operation Possession of a valid Federal Class B/E License and current medical fitness certificate Responsibilities: * Certification of driver handling skills, induction courses and operator training Administer driving tests to newly hired operators * Follow-up with operators regarding process knowledge, route familiarity, and trip authorization Ensure scheduled maintenance compliance for vehicles, fuel performance validation * Participation in the traffic safety committee * Ability to objectively evaluate and provide constructive recommendations * Availability to conduct on-route accompaniments and work flexible hours **Join our team:** We are a company that values safety, professionalism, and efficiency in freight transportation.
