Leadership and teamwork PROMINENT COMPANY IN THE TOURISM SECTOR SEEKING A CONTROLLER **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 8 years as Controller; proven experience required; hospitality industry experience preferred. **SPECIALIZATION:** SAT tax compliance, budgetary control, electronic invoicing. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure financial, tax, and accounting control for the hotel and spa. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure accurate issuance of electronic invoices. * Implement, monitor, and supervise tax, accounting, and administrative processes. * Collaborate with external accounting firms to coordinate effectively and submit monthly and annual tax returns on time and accurately. * Analyze and evaluate expenses, revenues, quotations, and identify areas for improvement. * Prepare financial statements and reports, as well as monthly budgets. * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Coordinate and conduct internal audits, and support external audits. * Ensure compliance with current tax and labor regulations. * Supervise assigned administrative and accounting staff. **SKILLS:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Problem-solving in tax and accounting matters. * Professional ethics principles (confidentiality, honesty, integrity) * Organization, control, and management of tax and administrative processes. * Frustration tolerance. * Assertive communication.
