




Job Summary: Supervises operational teams in warehouses and distribution centers, managing operational execution, quality, safety, and personnel to ensure excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Incident resolution and root cause analysis *Operations Supervisor* IMMEDIATE HIRING REQUIREMENTS:* * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Logistics, Operations, Administration, Systems, or related field). * 1–3 years of experience supervising operational teams in warehouses, distribution centers, or last-mile logistics. • Experience in managing operational metrics. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Operational Execution • Responsible for daily execution of receiving, sorting, staging, dispatch, and returns processes at the last-mile station. • Ensure operational readiness to meet cut-off times, dispatch windows, and delivery commitments. • Execute standard work and ensure compliance with operational procedures by inducers, spiders, buffers, and stowers. • Identify and eliminate operational defects impacting throughput, quality, or delivery performance. Quality, Safety, and Compliance • Guarantee package integrity and compliance with quality and safety standards. • Drive reduction of defects or errors including mis-sorting, damage, delays, loss, etc. • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and standards-compliant work environment. Personnel Leadership* • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse assistants and delivery drivers. • Assign personnel, balance workloads, and optimize staffing levels according to operational volumes. • Manage attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline per site guidelines. • Build a high-performance culture based on accountability, ownership, and execution. Performance and Metrics Management • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): On-Time Dispatch (OTD), productivity, throughput, applicable resource utilization, and service level. • Use data and root cause analysis to define and implement corrective actions. • Generate accurate and timely operational reports to support decision-making. Incident Management* • Own resolution of operational incidents affecting service level or productivity. • Execute escalation and follow-up protocols. • Coordinate with cross-functional areas as needed (transportation, human resources, safety). Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, labor efficiency, and cost reduction. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen). • Actively contribute to operational excellence and scalability of last-mile operations. Desirable Requirements* • Experience in e-commerce, parcel delivery, courier services, or high-volume distribution. • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics platforms. • Strong Excel and data analysis skills. • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
