Professional development and job stability **Company:** Construction Company **Location:** *SANTIAGO TLAPACOYA* **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as an HR Manager or Coordinator (preferably in the **construction industry**) * Knowledge of: * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Payroll and pre-payroll administration * IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE, SIROC, ICSOE, SISUB * Federal Labor Law * Labor relations and conflict management * Contract, personnel file, and hiring/termination control * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute recruitment strategies (field and office) * Administer payroll, attendance incidents, and benefits * Ensure legal and labor compliance * Coordinate hiring, termination, and personnel transfers with IMSS * Manage labor relations and provide employee support * Develop HR policies, procedures, and reports * Supervise HR department staff **Desired Profile:** * Leadership and decision-making skills * Organizational ability and confidentiality * Results-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure and on-site at construction sites **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 \- $6,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
