Collaboration in detecting behavioral anomalies **Instituto Real Vizcaino has an opening for an Educational Assistant** **JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM !!** **Preschool Assistant** * **Job Objective:** Provide technical and pedagogical support to teaching staff for students' holistic development, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning and implementing recreational and pedagogical activities. * Supervise students in the classroom, during recess, in dining areas, and on field trips. * Assist with children's basic hygiene, feeding, and clothing changes. * Help students with their assignments, including individualized attention for those requiring reinforcement. * Prepare and maintain educational materials and classroom equipment in order. * Collaborate in detecting behavioral anomalies and promoting healthy coexistence. * **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or higher education degree in Education, Educational Assistance, Childcare, or related fields. * **Competencies:** High patience, empathy, proactivity, responsibility, and service orientation. * **Skills:** Assertive communication, teamwork, conflict resolution ability, and strong organizational skills. * **Work Environment:** Early childhood, preschool, or primary education institutions. Salary: $6,970.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
