A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking talent to join its team in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City – Metro Ethiopia as: **Recruitment Executive** Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational positions (preferably within the automotive sector). * Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate in-person/digital interviews. * Administer psychometric tests and coordinate Socioeconomic Studies with candidates. * Request required documents from selected candidates for contract signing. * Provide excellent service and follow-up to candidates and internal company departments. * Prepare progress reports and recruitment metrics. Requirements: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of interview techniques using the STAR methodology or competency-based approaches. * Strong interpersonal skills, results orientation, and customer service focus.
