Risk management and project tracking **PLAYFUL CONSULTORA DE INNOVACIÓN DE NEGOCIOS** We have transformed our clients’ products and services for over 15 years. **We are looking for: SCRUM MASTER** **Remote — occasional office attendance required (1–2 times per month / Monterrey, NL)** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master * Experience leading developer teams * Experience as an Agile Coach or completion of related training/courses * Experience leading agile transformation processes and Scrum adoption within organizations * Experience in IT-related projects **Job Responsibilities:** * Establishes and maintains conditions for success * Trains the team to remain focused on its goals and deliverables * Facilitates close collaboration among all roles and functions * Motivates and supports teams to improve productivity * Manages necessary tracking, control, and progress sessions for project execution * Manages and controls risks, issues, and changes arising during the project * Creates and submits status and progress reports * Sends meeting minutes with agreed actions * Communicates progress based on results * Delivers presentations to various company levels * Uses various charts or metrics to measure project progress or status **Knowledge Requirements:** * Agile methodologies **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per month Experience: * Jira: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: Hybrid remote in Distrito Tec, 64700 Monterrey, N.L.
