We distinguish ourselves by valuing the talent and dedication of our team, offering a collaborative work environment and professional growth opportunities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Development of architectural design proposals (housing prototypes, guardhouses, fences, and complementary projects). * Preparation of architectural and landscape drawings, as well as development of construction details. * Integration of construction quantity takeoffs and preparation of concept catalogs. * Development of renders and visual presentations for project exhibitions. * Technical review of projects, verification of regulatory compliance, and compilation of complete technical files. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Architecture * Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit software Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
