Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Local Student Recruitment Coordination** ***Objective:*** Coordinate and implement the strategy to attract more and higher-quality first-year students to UDEM undergraduate programs in the Nuevo León market. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Implement and monitor recruitment strategies to ensure institutional first-year enrollment objectives are met. * Monitor the prospect database and coordinate appropriate follow-up and support with UDEM advisors. * Schedule and organize events. * Review and ensure proper execution of team-specific activities. * Provide ongoing support to the advisor team throughout the entire recruitment process. * Adopt and embed agile practices and tools. * Foster synergy with all departments involved in the recruitment process. * Motivate the advisor team to take ownership of their professional development and training. ***Academic Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. ***Required Skills:*** MS Office, English, Google, Banner, CRM ***Competencies:*** Planning, organization, leadership, effective communication, results orientation, service orientation. ***We Offer:*** Statutory benefits and a subsidized meal card (80% subsidy).
