Development of executive projects and 3D modeling **Job Description:** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field * Minimum **2 years of experience as a draftsman, renderer, or designer** * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, rendering engines, and Office software * Neodata — desirable JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of architectural drawings * Drafting of executive project drawings * Development of installation criteria * 3D modeling of projects * Rendering of 3D models * Preparation of project revisions * Conducting architectural surveys * Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations * Preparation of construction generators and budgets COMPETENCIES: Results orientation, knowledge of construction materials and methods, resource management, continuous improvement, and analytical ability.
