Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System by validating compliance with current automotive industry standards, ensuring the group can conduct business with existing and new customers. * Establish performance indicators such as cost of poor quality, customer ratings, PPMs, scrap vs sales, and claims, ensuring compliance through scrap reduction plans and claim/PPM mitigation plans to improve the group's key indicators. * Represent the group to business partners through direct contact with customer quality managers, ensuring their needs and requirements are met and exceeded. * Manage process control by monitoring action plans defined by the multidisciplinary team, including corrective and preventive actions, to prevent defective parts (high scrap rates), claims, and recurrences. * Lead the quality department (coordination of metrology, incoming quality coordination, quality management system, quality engineering, project quality), following up on specific activities within each area to ensure successful achievement of the department's key objectives. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Advanced English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 7 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-selection Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
