(Graduates). **Language**: English (Basic/Intermediate). **Job Mission**: Support analysis and planning of IHM (InHouse Manufacturing) spare parts at Bus Master, ensuring compliance with the weekly schedule. Assist in problem resolution with different support areas regarding regular spare parts handling. **Responsibilities**: * Observe and comply with the safety, environmental, and labor regulations established by the organization. * Participate in continuous improvement activities through the VPS (Volvo Performance System) program to optimize resources and generate business benefits and revenues, where applicable. * Process owners, administrators, and/or auditors must fulfill the responsibilities and authorities specified in the management system, where applicable. * Analyze and plan regular orders loaded by PDC (Parts Distribution Center) Toluca. * Update the weekly schedule according to demand criticality. * Request materials from warehouse and purchasing. * Track shortages affecting the delivery schedule. * Ensure weekly shipment. * Report to the Key User any codes without configuration, incorrect routes, or erroneous orders affecting confirmation. * Prepare a biweekly report of existing spare parts orders in Bus Master. * Generate a report of planned orders to ensure material availability in coordination with planners. * Perform matching between administration and the weekly schedule to verify existence and assurance of planned orders. * Follow up on the action plan for findings reported by the Production Planning and Control management. * Update KPIs. **Work Location**: Tultitlán, State of Mexico.
