Training Analyst * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy or related to HR * Minimum 1 year of experience as a training analyst We are looking for someone to * Ensure the process and quality of training and development for operational/staff/store personnel through the LMS platform and in-person courses for all regional personnel, considering: * Guarantee compliance with the initial and ongoing training programs for operational positions, as well as maintain control and record of all assigned processes. * Deliver 3B University talks to new hires * Develop and monitor training schedules for Stores and Logistics. * Conduct random audits at Training Stores to ensure training quality and adherence to procedures. * Participate in the implementation and follow-up of all NOM-035 projects.
