Job Summary: We are seeking a Radio Control Operator for a telecommunications company, responsible for supervising and providing operational support to technical crews, ensuring service compliance and quality. Identification of schedules and contract prioritization Company engaged in the telecommunications industry Seeking a Radio Control Operator **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic Office software proficiency * Availability to work 12-hour shifts * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience **Responsibilities** * Verify via the platform that crews have assignments loaded into their DIMME * Identify crew schedules (CCN) through the platform to prioritize contracts requiring immediate attention, then track older assigned contracts accordingly * Validate through DIMME that visits completed by crews are properly registered with photographs and geolocation to confirm attendance at the customer’s address * Review technicians’ work and identify areas for improvement or potential service failures, "except for complaints" * Track contracts handled by crews; if low productivity is detected among crew members, report it to the respective supervisor * Support crews during incidents, mechanical failures, or unforeseen events during shifts by maintaining an emergency contact directory—including insurance, mechanics, and external repair companies—to promptly address such situations **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of MXN 9,968.70 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Alternate-day work schedule (one day on, one day off) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN 9,968.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
