Anomaly detection and theft prevention **ALTO MEXICO is seeking an Operational Supervisor\- Asset Security & Auditing in Industrial Cuamatla \- Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Description: **Job Objective:** Lead and supervise a team of 18 field auditors to ensure integrity in product collection, prevent losses, and guarantee accuracy of data and the collection process (Liters Collected vs. Received). **Ideal Profile** * **Education:** Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Criminology. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years supervising operational staff in industrial plants, logistics, or asset security. * **Knowledge:** KPI management, attendance/shift control, and use of digital reporting platforms. **Intermediate \- Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory (pivot tables, CONCATENATE, formulas).** * **Personal mobility** (personal automobile / motorcycle) * **Availability to adapt to operations (flexible scheduling).** **Key Skills** * **Leadership and Discipline:** Ability to manage large teams in high-pressure environments. * **Attention to Detail:** Detection of anomalies in liter marking, theft prevention, and identification of inappropriate conduct by supervised personnel. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to escalate critical reports and manage workplace incidents ethically. **Main Responsibilities** * Attendance, schedule, and break management for the 18 field auditors. * Ensuring compliance with auditing procedures during milk receipt. * Generation of daily incident reports via the internal platform.
