Company seeking: Apply through this channel and we will contact you. ***POSITION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER*** **EDUCATION:** Completed or incomplete degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field. **KNOWLEDGE:** · Advanced knowledge of the injection blow molding process. · Advanced knowledge of Nissei machines. · Advanced knowledge of hydraulics. · Advanced knowledge of electricity and/or electronics. · Advanced knowledge of pneumatics. · Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 standards. · Development of maintenance programs. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure personnel under supervision perform tasks correctly and within the estimated timeframe. · Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs and plans. · Verify that maintenance instructions are applied during performed tasks. · Ensure equipment under supervision operates properly. · TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). · Provide work instructions and guidelines to staff. · Verify that tasks are performed correctly and on time. · Ensure personnel under supervision work correctly and in accordance with company quality, safety, and hygiene standards. · Schedule preventive maintenance according to equipment periodicity. · Verify that equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition. · Execute tasks as directed by higher management.
