Job Objective: The Security Coordinator must be an effective leader capable of developing and clearly and effectively communicating complex policies. The candidate must be able to manage crisis situations rapidly and efficiently, thereby preventing any disruption to business continuity. The role demands a strong sense of urgency and rapid adaptability to change, along with a strategic mindset to anticipate and respond proactively to operational needs at all sites under their responsibility. Additionally, the Coordinator must organize and supervise security teams to achieve organizational objectives safely and effectively. Other duties and responsibilities fall within their scope of accountability. Relocation required from Tultitlán to San Martín Obispo. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30; weekend coverage as operationally required; however, 24/7 availability is mandatory. Salary: $18,000 MXN plus $2,000 MXN gasoline allowance.
