Locally, each country has a Country Manager and leaders in Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance — the latter supported either by Shared Services with Doka or by a dedicated finance team — ensuring operational agility and excellence in every market. **Job Description** **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure technical and economic control of scaffolding rental projects by reconciling customer estimates, managing invoicing, and strategically tracking collections in coordination with internal departments, to protect business profitability and guarantee revenue realization. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Understand and correctly apply the industrial-sector scaffolding rental model, including contractual terms, timelines, penalties, and customer responsibilities. * Prepare, internally validate, and submit scaffolding rental estimates to customers, ensuring timely signature acquisition for invoicing. * Maintain direct contact with industrial-sector customers, understanding their administrative and operational processes to facilitate reconciliations and collections. * Track dispatches and deliveries per contractual agreements, ensuring information traceability to support invoicing. * Conduct technical and economic reconciliations with customers, validating estimates based on contracts, project timelines, delivered materials, equipment conditions, and commercial agreements. * Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Warehouse departments to ensure accurate and timely information supporting estimates, invoicing, and reconciliations. * Analyze discrepancies related to delivery timelines, working days/hours, received materials, damages, losses, penalties, or delays, ensuring proper closure of estimates. * Continuously track collections, maintaining up-to-date accounts, anticipating potential delays, and managing payment agreements when necessary. * Negotiate and formalize financial agreements arising from inventory discrepancies, damages, or contractual non-compliance. * Prepare clear and reliable reports on estimates, invoicing, collections, and financial recoveries. * Manage personal schedule and priorities, ensuring continuous follow-up and effective project closure. **Requirements** **REQUIRED PROFILE** Education: * Engineering (Industrial, Business Management, Civil, or Mechanical) * Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Business Administration) Experience: * **Administration or control of industrial or construction projects** * Rental of construction equipment or industrial/maintenance equipment. * Preparation and reconciliation of estimates, progress-based, rental-based, or service-based project invoicing. * Collection tracking and management, and negotiation of financial discrepancies with customers in industrial or construction environments. **KEY SKILLS** * Advanced Excel proficiency for project analysis and control — from estimates to financial\-operational reporting. * Ability to present technical, contractual, and financial evidence to support decisions. * Skill in concluding negotiations. * Professional assertiveness and firmness to ensure contractual compliance while maintaining commercial relationships. * Results-oriented mindset and business vision. **PERSONAL COMPETENCIES** * Learning agility * Analytical thinking and attention to detail * Proactivity and collaboration * Responsibility and reliability * Organization and activity management **Additional Information** If you are interested and possess strong competitive drive, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow from your experiences, then this is your opportunity to generate immediate impact.
