Implements strategies to increase sales and average order value. **BRAND DISTRIBUTOR — A Mexican company with over 15 years in the market, a leader in selling footwear, apparel, and accessories from renowned brands, is seeking to add an E-Commerce Coordinator (TULTITLÁN) to its team.** As E-Commerce Manager, the primary objective is comprehensive management of online sales channels and digital positioning, ensuring achievement of business goals and maximizing customer shopping experience. **Your responsibilities will include:** · Managing and updating online stores and marketplaces · Setting monthly targets per platform · Analyzing sales behavior and trends · Identifying opportunities for catalog expansion · Inventory planning and control · Preparing monthly sales forecasts · Ensuring KPI compliance · Optimizing inventory turnover and flow · Coordinating with the content team for imagery · Implementing strategies to increase sales and average order value · Coordinating digital campaigns with the marketing department · Tracking orders, incidents, and after-sales service **Required Skills** Experience with digital platforms and marketplaces (Shopify) Excellent service attitude Initiative, proactive, dynamic Goal-oriented work approach Excellent communication skills **We Offer:** Base monthly salary: MXN 17,000 to 19,000 net Days off: Saturday and Sunday Statutory benefits Salary: $17,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
