Join our team, a logistics company is looking for **DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate merchandise delivery routes according to demand, destinations and priorities. * Supervise daily distribution operations, ensuring compliance with departure and arrival times. * Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery needs and operational availability. * Verify that shipping documentation is complete and correct (waybills, consignment notes, invoices, etc.). * Track in-transit deliveries and resolve deviations or incidents. * Monitor fuel usage, mileage, vehicle conditions, and maintenance compliance. * Manage in-transit inventories or returned products. * Ensure compliance with safety policies and transportation regulations. * Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service departments to coordinate shipments. * Generate logistics performance reports: punctuality, route efficiency, cost per delivery, returns, etc. * Validate units to meet assigned appointments REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. * Experience: 1 year in distribution, transportation or logistics, coordinating routes, operational staff and deliveries. * Flexible schedule availability WE OFFER: Monthly salary of $13,000 Statutory benefits Opportunities for growth and professional development.
