At the CHEDRAUI PALOMAS CEDIS, we are seeking an **Inventory Assistant** for the area of: **Colonia Venecia, State of Mexico.** Education Level: Completed Secondary Education. Experience: Knowledge of Office Suite, experience in a similar position, cyclic counts, inventory registration and analysis, intermediate Excel skills, operational experience. **Medical Requirements:** **No sprains, fractures, recent injuries impairing mobility, or surgeries performed less than 6 months ago.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and recording of incoming/outgoing goods, * Monitoring stock levels, * Inventory management, * Conducting cyclic counts. **Work Schedule:** Works Monday through Sunday with one weekday rest day; flexible availability (shifts may last up to 12 hours per operation); monthly shift rotation includes: * Morning shift: 6 AM to 2 PM, * Afternoon shift: 2 PM to 10 PM, * Night shift: 10 PM to 5 AM. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $9,455.00, paid weekly every Friday via Santander payroll. * Grocery vouchers of $460 per month \+ 3.5% of base salary. * Retention incentive of $4,500, disbursed in three installments: * \- First payment: $1,500 after 30 days from contract signing\- Second payment: $1,500 after 60 days from contract signing\- Third payment: $1,500 after 90 days from contract signing * **\*Payment is subject to absences and incidents; one absence voids the entire bonus.** * **IMSS** * **INFONAVIT** * **FONACOT** * **12 DAYS OF VACATION** * **30-DAY BONUS (Aguinaldo)** * **25% VACATION PREMIUM** * **25% SUNDAY PREMIUM** * **PROFITS SHARING** * **COMPANY TRANSPORTATION** * **SUBSIDIZED DINING ROOM: $23** * **PARKING** **INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL** Salary: Starting at $9,455.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
