




We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager** with proven experience in the **transportation** sector to lead talent acquisition and retention processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen organizational culture. Key Responsibilities * Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and administrative personnel. * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and transfers with IMSS and government platforms. * Administration of labor relations and conflict resolution. * Payroll supervision and enforcement of internal policies. * Development and implementation of retention and training strategies. * Ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations applicable to transportation. Essential Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an **HR Manager or HR Supervisor** (preferably in transportation, logistics, or related industries). * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and procedures with IMSS. * Experience in mass recruitment and labor relations management. * Proficiency in HR metrics.
