ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ANALYST REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Gender: Unrestricted Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of STPS legal requirements regarding training. EXPERIENCE: Experience in training and organizational development (preferably in manufacturing plants). Experience managing unionized personnel and labor relations. Coordinate training activities with internal and external providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Identify training needs in operational and administrative areas within the plant. Monitor and follow up on training plans.
