Logistics and Operations City: STATE OF MEXICO Publication Date: Apr 28, 2026 Schedule: 11:00 PM \- 6:00 AM Description: **Position Objective** Supervise and control operational processes and cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources in accordance with company standards and policies, ensuring all domestic and international shipments are properly routed, sorted, dispatched, and delivered to their destinations to meet established service guarantees with customers. **Job Functions or Activities** 1\. Supervise staff in weighing, sorting, routing, and applying routing labels to each shipment. 2\. Supervise the availability of necessary equipment and tools for daily operations. 3\. Supervise, control, and direct assigned operational personnel. 4\. Develop training and development programs for assigned personnel.
