




A leading logistics company in E-commerce is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant Objective: To manage and supervise general services for the warehouse and office, ensuring optimal operation of physical resources, contracted services, and working environment conditions through efficient administration, payment control, and coordination with suppliers and other key departments. We Offer: * Base Salary 15K gross * Grocery Vouchers $2000 monthly * Statutory benefits * 20 days of Christmas bonus * Hybrid Shift from Mon-Fri Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related field. * Minimum Experience: 3 years in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. * Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving orientation. * Ability to coordinate teams and suppliers (operational leadership). Responsibilities: **Management of Payments and General Services** * Execute payment processes for warehouse services: rent, maintenance, water, electricity, and internet. * Process payments for printer rentals and other office equipment. * Coordinate payment and supervision of waste collection and cardboard recycling services. * Monitor water jug consumption, coordinate deliveries, and process payments. * Request, supervise, and process payments for pest control services. * Supervise vending machine restocking and handle incident resolution. * Prepare administrative and control reports (expenses, incidents). * Assist in coordinating internal activities such as meeting logistics, minor purchases, and general services. * Follow up on departmental requests to ensure timely resolution. * Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal clients. **Supervision of Personnel and External Coordination** * Supervise staff and manage corresponding payroll payments. * Serve as internal communication channel * Manage meetings * Follow up on requests and procedures. * Manage permits and payments for special projects. * Handle pre-payroll processing **Space Management and Internal Organization** * Manage office space and parking spot assignments. * Promote and supervise compliance with internal rules (habits, order, and workplace conduct). Additional Responsibilities: * Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Safety, and Operations to ensure smooth administrative functioning. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements in area processes and procedures.
