Quotation of raw materials, equipment, materials, and services. * Review costs with different suppliers * Review delivery times * Review purchase conditions 2\. Purchase of raw materials, equipment, materials, spare parts, and services. * Review purchase requisitions * Preparation and review of POs * Follow-up on delivery of purchased materials. 3\. System review and updating * Monitoring of open requisitions * Monitoring of open purchase orders * Updating material prices * Updating supplier information * Authorization of new supplier registration. 4\. Supplier payment requests. * For cash purchases, carry out the supplier payment request process. * Follow-up on payment receipt submission * Follow-up on invoice receipt. 5\. Savings achievement. * Monthly report of negotiated savings.
