Your Responsibilities: * **Training Strategy:** Ensure execution of training programs focused on improving and automating logistics operations. * **Strategic Alliances:** Collaborate with various departments to conduct process audits and ensure implementation of operational improvements. * **Implementation Analysis:** Monitor new processes to identify gaps and training intervention needs. * **Training and Quality:** Plan and execute training programs derived from the company’s productivity strategies. * **Impact Metrics:** Analyze learning effectiveness indicators to propose continuous improvement solutions. * **Change Management:** Support in identifying training needs (DNC) and facilitate adoption of new processes within operational teams. **What qualifications are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar training or operational training roles (preferably in industrial or logistics environments). * **Data Analysis:** Proficient use of spreadsheet tools (Excel / Google Sheets). * **Project Management:** Proven experience in process improvement projects. * **Availability:** Full flexibility to work **night shifts**. * Prior experience in the **logistics and transportation** sector. * Knowledge of **SQL** for database management. **Why join us?** We offer you the opportunity to undertake challenging projects within a borderless technological ecosystem, where your work will directly impact the efficiency of a top-tier logistics network. **Apply with Us!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
