Operations Supervisor

Description

OPERATIONS 1. Assign routes and schedules to operators (DAs) 2. Verify correct completion of route start-up forms 3. Verify and request submission of evidence using the corresponding forms for proper control 4. Verify routes and share assigned routes carried by each unit; follow procedures and direct units to the corresponding CEDIS for unloading. 5. Understand and inquire about the operational details of each route for new business lines, avoiding delays in field operations 6. Understand and mitigate security risks for each assigned route 7. Verify and track punctual arrivals at pickup or delivery points according to operations 8. Maintain continuous contact with clients' operations supervisors, operators, and immediate supervisors to ensure smooth operational flow 9. Ensure physical package counts match those indicated in the operator's app and on the monitor 10. Monitor and audit routes throughout the day, aiming for the effectiveness percentage required by the client. 11. Support resolution of incidents occurring during operations 12. Receive feedback at the end of the workday 13. Timely and appropriate communication release with assigned operator teams and station information to corporate for decision-making. 14. Operational team control and management 15. Verify and ensure vehicles arrive equipped with necessary tools and equipment per assigned operation 16. Continuous operational monitoring and incident tracking 17. Resolution of operational issues and prompt, effective responses to clients.
