At **Grupo Kazen**, we are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to lead the operation of our delivery fleet, ensuring timely and safe deliveries as well as customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate delivery routes and fleet. * Supervise and train sales staff and delivery personnel. * Ensure preventive maintenance and road safety. * Optimize fuel consumption and delivery times. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Monitor orders, returns, and product inventory. **Requirements:** * Technical or incomplete professional degree in logistics/administration. * 3 years of experience in logistics or fleet coordination. * Knowledge of GPS, basic mechanics, road safety, and Excel. * Leadership and personnel management skills. **We offer:** * Competitive salary + statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Training and development.
