Foster a positive work environment aligned with institutional values. **Organizational Development Analyst** At HIMEDI, we are seeking an Organizational Development Analyst with expertise in talent management, organizational culture, and employee development—capable of driving initiatives that strengthen employee experience and contribute to organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and update the organizational documentation structure, including job descriptions, profiles, organizational charts, and institutional documentation. * Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees, ensuring effective integration and a positive experience for newly hired staff. * Implement training and development strategies by identifying needs, coordinating courses, and tracking training programs. * Monitor performance evaluation processes based on competencies and KPIs, supporting talent identification and development planning. * Implement initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, and engagement, promoting a work environment aligned with institutional values. * Coordinate organizational events and team-building activities, managing logistics, vendors, and outcome tracking. * Generate organizational development metrics and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 * Food vouchers equivalent to 5% of salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Work location: Cuautitlán, Mexico **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 * Saturdays, 09:00–14:00\.
