Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. * Advanced knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology). * Knowledge of measurement instruments. **Job Responsibilities** * Programming SMT equipment and maintaining SMT machines (FUJI, AOI, NXT). * Programming, adjusting, and validating SMT equipment (pick-and-place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI). * Analyzing and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs. * Optimizing process parameters for fine-pitch and ultra-fine-pitch components. * Implementing continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Required Technical Knowledge: Electronic design and PCB manufacturing processes. * SMT technology and reflow soldering. * Programming and operation of SMT equipment. * Interpretation of electronic schematics, BOMs, and drawings. * IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721). * Failure analysis and statistical process control (SPC). **Benefits and Additional Perks** Free cafeteria Transportation (routes within the area) Statutory benefits Uniforms Air-conditioned facility **Skills and Competencies:** \- Technical problem analysis and resolution. \- Attention to detail and quality focus. \- Teamwork and effective communication. \- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies. \- Organization and priority management. \- Results orientation and continuous improvement.
