Process Analyst At Grupo Global Montacargas, a leading company in the sale/rental/service of machinery, we are seeking to add a Process Analyst to our team to support continuous improvement, optimization of workflows, and standardization of processes, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: **Minimum Required Knowledge:** * General knowledge of applicable regulations. * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). * Experience or knowledge adding value regarding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Basic knowledge of process auditing. * Minimum knowledge of certifications and standards such as ESR, COP, CTPAT, and ISO 9001 (or similar). (DESIRABLE) **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Mapping, documentation, and updating of processes. * Development of procedures, policies, manuals, and instruction sheets. * Analysis of process flows to identify areas of opportunity and improvement. * Conducting time-and-motion studies. * Application of process analysis tools. * Follow-up on findings from internal or external audits. **Skills and Tools:** * Analytical ability and focus on continuous improvement. * Proficiency with digital tools for process diagramming and management, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
